Kim Whitney - Animal Communicator

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Intuitive Animal Communication?

Intuitive animal communication is a method of communicating with animals on a plane of existence that is accessible to everyone. At this level of communication animals “speak’ to us using any or all of our five senses as well as the sixth sense of “knowing”. Communication is possible for anyone, but for most it takes a lot of practice and a suspension of judgmental thinking to be able to “hear” what animals are saying. Animals are always connected to us on this level, it is we who have been trained to believe that the space where we stand in human form is all that there is, limiting our access to that level of connection. It is up to us to become aware of the artificial barrier we have created and to become open to removing it. Then we can easily communicate with all life forms and experience the love at the center of all being.

What animals can you communicate with?

I have communicated with cats, dogs, horses, pigs, ponies, an African Grey Parrot, a rooster and even a hamster. Based on my experience I have every reason to believe that I can communicate with any type of animal.

What can Animal Communicators help with?

Animal communicators help to facilitate a deeper connection between animals and their people. They can assist with behavioral problems, finding lost pets, speaking to your pet about end-of-life decisions, and they can even communicate with animals who have passed away. Having said this, it is important to note that Animal Communicators do not take the place of a vet. It is critical that an animal who needs medical attention be seen by a vet.

Do you have to speak to animals in their owner/guardian's primary language?

There is no language barrier in communicating at the level where animal communication takes place. For me communication takes place in different forms, sometimes words, sometimes pictures, and sometimes just knowing; communication is always interpreted by the animal communicator in their own language. Having an open heart facilitates the connection and makes communication possible.

If I choose to have you communicate with my animal, what is the process?

Do you have a preference for specific cases?

I do not have a preference for any particular type of case but I do have a special affinity to animals that have passed on. I feel that I often have a strong spiritual connection to those animals.

At this time, I am not taking any lost animal cases; I have two former teachers who are exceptional with lost animal cases and they are the ones you should be contacting. Please refer to their websites, www.katherinebozzi.com and www.martawilliams.com for assistance in locating your lost pet.

I am currently offering first time clients a full reading for $60. This is 40% off my regular rate of $100 per hour. Be sure to scroll down to the First Time Client Discount selection in the Appointment section to receive this discount.

All Animal Communicators have their own process. What works best for me is to receive an email from you prior to your appointment time that includes a photo of your animal. Please be sure that the photo shows their eyes. You can also send a list of up to 5 questions that you want me to ask your animal. If there is a specific behavioral issue you would like me to speak with your animal about, please include that in your email as well.

In your email, please also include whether you would like to discuss your animal’s reading via Zoom, FaceTime, or by Phone. If you pick Zoom, I will send you a Zoom link prior to your appointment time, otherwise I will contact you at the time of your appointment via FaceTime or by Phone.

I will do the reading of your animal prior to your appointment time. The reading takes about ½ - ¾ of an hour; your appointment will be for an additional ½ hour. I will follow up our contact with an emailed summary of my reading. All in all, I will spend anywhere from 1 – 1 ½ hours on your animal’s reading.
